Congratulations to Ross McCausland and Cole McKinnon who won big prizes at the 2023/24 Rangers Player of the Year Awards.
Ross earned the Young Player of the Year honour and Cole was given the Academy Player of the Year award.
Midfielder Bailey Rice won the B Team Goal of the Season prize for his stunning strike against Burnley’s Under-21s last July.
The development of players like Ross, Cole and Bailey are assisted by annual RYDC donations to the Academy and we provided another £400,000 in January – making it more than £11 million since 2002.
