We’ve been speaking to a number of Rangers Academy graduates about their time at the club and life after the Light Blues – next up is former striker Calum Gallagher.

Academy midfielder Calum Adamson enjoyed a positive loan with Alloa last season, and the talented Scot says he will return to Rangers a much better player for the experience.

2026 has been a positive year for Academy star Kyle Glasgow – he signed his first professional contract with Rangers in February, he trained regularly with the first-team and was also instrumental in successful campaigns for the 17s and 19s squads.

Findlay Curtis is proud to have been named in Scotland’s squad for this summer’s World Cup and says the grounding he received at the Rangers Academy has given him the foundations for a successful football career.

Conor Owen began Season 2025/26 with an inspirational talk from 9-in-a-Row legend John Brown and he certainly took Bomber’s words to heart as he ended the campaign as a CAS Elite League winner with the 17s and 19s squads.

Academy coach Malky Thomson was immensely proud to lead the Rangers 17s and 19s to CAS Elite League glory this season, and he has praised the players, coaching and support staff for their incredible efforts throughout such a successful campaign.
